A vibrant, free and inclusive day of youthful creativity kicks off around the country on 23 June.

This vivid celebration of our youths’ cultural and creative participation offers kids up to age 18 the chance to experience creative activities in their local area.

The programme’s wealth of free, local and activity-based events aim to encourage children and young people to get hands-on in real ‘making’, ‘doing’ and ‘creating’!

Just some of the Cruinniú na nÓg craic taking place across County Galway includes theatrical workshops, exciting plays, puppet storytelling as well as futuristic fun with virtual/augmented reality-based experiments.

There’s child-friendly opera, gallery tours, film screenings, family singing/choreography workshops and readings of specially-commissioned writing in Cork City. Or enjoy exciting street entertainment, circus mayhem, kid-friendly Shakespeare and more in County Tipperary.
